Hello potential landlord. We own a two bedroomed property in Hastings but currently rent a three bedroomed property in Maidstone due to the size of our family, which comprises of us and our two daughters aged 20 and 18. We have enjoyed ten years here and now our landlady wishes to retire and sell the property so we have to go. We are unable to buy locally so have to rent somewhere else. All four of us work full time so we are looking for a suitable property and a 2 - 4 year lease in the Maidstone area. Deposit and references are no problem and we would prefer not to be ripped off by letting agents and their "fees". We are a quiet family consisting of a retired police officer, an optical technician and two young adults with 6 A levels between them, so we aren't party animals or bad neighbours. Do you have something you could offer us? Our need isn't immediate until next June but we are able to move at any time after Christmas.
